This site is operated by Critical Infrastructure (CrInf), operating out of Rada Tilly, Province of Chubut, Argentine Republic.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site, what we use it for and what rights you have over it.

What data we collect

What you give us. When you contact us through the contact form, by email or by phone: name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry.

Technical browsing data. When you visit the site, your IP address, browser and device type, language and the pages you visit are recorded automatically. This data serves to keep the site running.

We do not request or process sensitive data: health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership or sex life.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiries and maintain the commercial communication you initiate.

To prepare and send service proposals.

To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

To maintain the security and operation of the site.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We do not build behavioural profiles or make automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

Processing is carried out with your free, express and informed consent, in accordance with article 5 of Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, given when you voluntarily send us your data. We also process data where this is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation or a contractual relationship.

Who we share it with

Only with technical service providers supplying us with web hosting, email and storage, who act on our behalf and under an obligation of confidentiality, and with public authorities where there is a legal obligation or a court order.

Some of those providers may host information outside the Argentine Republic. In such cases we seek to ensure that the transfer is made to countries or organisations that provide adequate levels of protection.

Cookies

This site uses technical cookies, necessary for it to function and to remember your preferences, such as the language you have chosen.

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. If you do, some features of the site may stop working properly.

How long we keep it

For the duration of the commercial relationship and, once it ends, for as long as is necessary to meet legal, accounting and tax responsibilities. Once those periods have elapsed, the data is deleted.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure, in accordance with articles 9 and 10 of Argentine Law No. 25,326.

No system is completely invulnerable. Should an incident occur affecting your personal data, we will notify you through the contact details we have on record.
